Description

DUYAR Y-7010 Hydraulic Pressure Relief Control Valve. Automatic hydraulic pressure relief valve engineered to protect fire protection networks, main water lines, and connected pumps against dangerous pressure surges. Equipped with a sensitive pilot valve mechanism, it opens quickly to dump excess pressure to the atmosphere whenever line pressure exceeds the set limit, then closes gradually to prevent water hammer. Operates entirely on pipeline pressure without external electricity. Key Features: • Size Options: Available in 2" (DN50) up to 8" (DN200) flanged sizes. • Pressure Rating: Rated for system working pressures up to 250 PSI (17.2 bar). • Surge-Free Operation: Fast-opening, slow-closing action prevents secondary pressure shocks. • Easy Maintenance: Low-maintenance globe-style design allows straightforward inline servicing. • Flexible Mounting: Functions reliably in both horizontal and vertical piping orientations (installed off a TEE connection).
