Delete your account
Use this page to request deletion of your Jumla Iraq account and personal data. Deletion is carried out by our team after we confirm the request — nothing is removed instantly, because some records have to be kept by law.
What we delete
Your account and profile, your listings, the documents and photos you uploaded, your saved products, and your notification registrations.
What may be kept
Invoices and payment records, the audit log of administrative actions, and message content where a dispute or a legal obligation requires it. We will tell you if this applies to your request.
How long it takes
We confirm the request first, then aim to complete the deletion within 7 working days. You will receive a reply at the email address you give below.
